Welte Roofing makes this easy with our Maintenance Program. We will come to your house in late Fall (after the leaves have fallen), early Spring (after the weather breaks), or both to do an inspection of your roof and perform routine maintenance.
There is no commitment and no additional charge to be on the maintenance list. You can change the frequency of your maintenance at any time. It is an easy, twice yearly, reminder to think about your roof.
If anything is found by our crews that falls outside the scope of a standard repair and will require more substantial work, Welte Roofing will notify you to discuss possible solutions before moving forward or have an estimator provide you a free estimate to repair the issue.
