Patrick (P.J.) is a second generation roofing expert, son of the current owner, and has been involved with the company since 1993. P.J. supports Welte Roofing’s daily operations by maintaining the facilities, equipment, and making sure our crews are correctly supplied for each project.
Mr. Smith was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. He serves as an estimator for the company and oversees general operation of all aspects of the company.
The second owner of Welte Roofing, Mr. McGonigle was born and raised in East Pittsburgh. He raised a family in the South Hills and is intimately involved in the planning and execution of every project Welte Roofing completes.
Mr. McCloskey is the most senior member of our staff and has been working in the field since 1990. He was born and raised in the North Hills and is an expert at custom metal work and supervises all our installation crews in the field.

We offer the convenience of a Fall and Spring maintenance program to make sure your roof is ready for the Winter and secure in the Spring.
If you spring a leak or are experiencing issues with your roof system, we run repair service year-round (weather permitting) to get you squared away.
